I currently live in Florida. I was pulled over for speeding on the highway in Virginia and was given a serious misdemeanor and court date summons to appear. I was very worried about this as I don't even live in the state and wouldn't be able to honor my court date. I am so thankful that I chose Andrew Flusche as my lawyer in this matter. From start to finish, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Ryan Fitzgerald was first assigned to my case and was very prompt in giving me steps on what to do first. They postponed my court date and communicated with me every step of the way. Mr. Fitzgerald was not available for my new court date, and I was pleasantly informed by Andrew Flusche that he would be representing me instead. Just this basic communication meant a lot to me. The secretary who helped me, Shelly, was fantastic. She called me to remind me of upcoming dates and to make sure I completed my driving safety course on time, calling sometimes repeatedly in a day if she couldn't reach me the first time. I am really impressed all around with my whole experience. She was just really polite and personable and I felt like everything was going to be okay. Mr. Flusche notified me right away about the outcome of my case, and both him and Mr. Fitzgerald were nothing but professional and kind to me. I couldn't have asked for more out of my services with this firm. Thank you again.

These guys are the best, a software engineer friend of mine got into the Virginia Court system database for Spotsylvania cases and made me a spreadsheet that narrowed it down to 4 incredible attorneys with incredible records, I called Andrew on a Friday, I was supposed to appear the following Monday, he had several cases Monday, but added mine just the same! I spoke with other attorneys, they all wanted to request continuance, an 8hr online driving school, community service etc. Andrew said with a clean record he thought he could amend a reckless (92/65RD) to a non moving violation with nothing else, he also said he would continue case if they didn't accept that. Awesome Job, took care of all of it, called me Monday at noon to let me know everything worked out. best experience ever, very confident guy, so thrilled with his work. Flusche and Fitzgerald tried 5 times more cases than any other lawyers on the list, his fees are right in the middle of the 4 lawyers I spoke with, worth every penny, look no further!!!!

A former colleague of mine had a reckless driving ticket that could have cost him his career and livelihood. I retained Mr. Fitzgerald, “Fitz” back in September for a ticket for reckless driving too fast. My court date was scheduled for December. Upon talking with him he made me feel at ease and gave me some pointers on what I could do to help my chances to reduce the ticket. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to meet all the requirements. Fitz when to court, without me present, and with great work I’m sure was able to get my reckless ticket down to a regular ticket and avoiding me a huge fine. I have never met Mr. Fitzgerald in person but would recommend him and his team in a heart beat. Thank you so much for a wonderful work.

I found Andrew thru FB on a Stafford group and I connected with people there to understand their personal experience. Andrew and Dawn (who works with Andrew) explained their strengths and I checked out other reviews too, all of which were great. A very amiable guy, he instantly puts you at ease. His fee was reasonable, and what I liked was the legwork he may have done prior to the case going to hearing. His familiarity with the system is a big plus point, and he is upfront with what can be expected. I would definitely refer him to any one who needs a good lawyer

Ryan did amazing work in getting my reckless driving case dismissed in Fauquier County. He was organized, got the job done and was extremely communicative in helping me understand the process. I couldn't recommend Ryan more if you have a driving case in Fauquier County!
