Deborah and her office staff and other lawyers are excellent. I was recently divorced and was going in for an operation within a week of contacting her office. I needed a new Will, Financial Power of Attorney, and Medical Advance Directive. Deborah talked to me on the phone and took all my information and drafted the documents and I met at her office all within three days of our first contact. She and her staff were very kind and understanding. I was wearing a surgical mask due to my having surgery within the next week and they all kind enough and offered to wear a mask if I wished. I would highly recommend Deborah for anyone requiring legal services for Wills, Estates and Trusts.

Anyone needing an attorney for estate planning and related legal work, (and that's all of us), my experience with Debbie Arthur and the law office of Rebecca Evans could not have been better. They were true to their word in recommending, and then, producing the needed documents. It was clear that they were well experienced and knowledgeable . They attended to the needs of my individual situation and provided advice about those needs. They also were able to finda colleague of Ms. Arthur's in Florida to assist in preparation of a Florida based housing transfer issue. In all my interactions with Ms. Arthur, her manner that was very well balanced between the formal task before us and a relaxing demeanor which helped make a potentially anxious situation feel very comfortable. Lastly, their fees were very fair, and they did not try to sell me on anything that I did not need. My advice: Try them, you'll be very glad you did.

I am well into my senior years and I needed to reupdate my will, which I felt my previous attorney's update had left seriously lacking. After a search for local attorneys who do wills my daughter and I chose Deborah Nelson Arthur. I doubt we could have made a better choice.

We really enjoyed working with Ms. Arthur and her Team. From our initial consultation through finally signing the necessary documents, she was clear in her explanations and instructions and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. She also did a lot of preliminary preparation so that we felt confident following through with the entire process that did take some time to complete. We would use her services again.

Debbie knew precisely what we needed to avoid probate and executed perfectly. Highly recommended.

Deborah was always concise, professional, and helpful in guiding me to preparation of my will which I've had on my "to do" list for decades. A friend for whom Deborah had earlier prepared a will, recommended Deborah, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend Deborah who also helped me also with QDRO questions. Deborah's staff was equally as helpful and pleasant.

Working with Deborah was the best experience I have had. I contacted her to discuss a trust vs. a will and provided excellent advice. From beginning to end - the process was efficient and I did not have any questions on the date I signed all my documents. She provided advice on estate issues I did not even contemplate. I have been wanting to "button up" my estate affairs for years and she made it happen!

Wow, that made me feel like I already knew her. She kept in contact answering all of my questions in a short time frame. I contacted Attorney Deborah Arthur because me and my husband wanted the following documents prepared: A Will and Testament, Advance Directive, Power of Attorney and Transfer of Deed. We didn't know what to expect during the consultation meeting, but after a couple of minutes, we felt very comfortable talking with Attorney Deborah Arthur. We knew after the consultation visit that we wanted Deborah to prepare our documents. She answered all of our questions and gave us advice on matters that we were unaware of. All of the documents that were prepared for me and my husband are very thorough. The process from the consultation visit, to the drafted documents to the final drafts moved along in a timely matter. We are very pleased with our final documents.

Deborah was the absolute best choice I made in this awful process of bankruptcy. At no point did she make me feel bad, but talked to me in a way that made me feel good about my decision; calming my fears and easing the pain. She held my hand through the whole process, making it clear what documents were needed and constantly explaining the process. On the big day in front of the clerk, she was by my side, making sure everything was taken care of. I only needed to bring my IDs, along with my trust in her. I would highly recommend Ms. Arthur to anyone who needs a lawyer and a friend to guide them through this process.
