Involved in Auto related incident in 2019 during the peak of COVID. I was hesitant to call however ended up talking with Mr. Gladstone who was very understanding and advised me appropriately. I was then contacted by other team members Ms. Abby who were there for me through the medical appointments and paperwork. All in all I was taken care of and currently in a better place physically and mentally. My case was settled and I received my settlement promptly. Overall Great service, I am glad to have had a very responsive and professional team. Highly recommended for all legal matters.

Janet and Bryan are the best. They really helped us through the whole confusing process. I am so glad that we listened to them. My advice to everyone is to follow EXACTLY what they say. They know what they are doing.

Called to get a consultation, the assistant named Lisa, that spoke with me on the phone told me they probably won't take my claim and that I would likely get denied by workers comp and that it was a slim chance of any help for my case. I was in tears when I got off the phone with her. Well, she was SO WRONG. I got approved right away, WITHOUT an attorney, and the workers comp insurance that my employer has was very kind and helpful, not trying to fight me on anything. Not sure what kind of operation these people are running, so glad I didn't waste my time with this firm! I saw their reply, I called about two weeks ago and spoke to Lisa. This is an easy answer, I would maybe view this as constructive criticism and counsel your staff on better customer service instead of trying to invalidate reviews. Have a nice day

At the beginning of the pandemic precisely June 16 th 2020 I got in accident, not knowing who to contact; I look on google and came across this firm. I explained what happened and Brendan took over my case. He will set up every appointment and called back when he promise.
