There are not enough words in the English language to describe the overwhelming kindness that I received from Bryan's paralegal, Janet. I’m a resident of PA, but I needed legal counsel in VA. I did a simple google search and found a few places and listed amongst them was Becker, Kellogg & Berry and after reading a few reviews I gave them a call. When I called I gave a brief overview of my workers comp case and was transferred to Janet. After hearing about my heartbreaking predicament Janet was on it and said that she would get back to me. This was not the only place that I called. I contacted 5 other law firms who turned me down after listening to the brief synopsis of my case. But not Janet, she worked tirelessly to find a loophole, searching through the fine print of my case, keeping in contact with me, and calling around to other law firms in different states to see if there was another angle. There is such a stigma around lawyers that I was nervous to even have a conversation with her about my case, but she was so helpful and reassuring that it took a huge weight off my shoulders. The other firms in the area were so dismissive that I will admit that I knew it was a long shot, but Janet had somehow given me this sense of calm and faith that she would be able to help me in some way. After talking to several people and to Bryan, unfortunately it turned out that Bryan would not be able to help me with my particular case. I really appreciated Bryan’s honesty and asked if he would be able to at least help me through negotiations to which he responded no because he didn’t want to me to lose out on any money that may be rewarded to me. Talk about an honest lawyer huh? However, my experience with Becker, Kelloog & Berry didn’t stop there. Janet was honestly my saving grace in a tragic situation and although they were not able to represent me Janet was there to hold my hand and guide me through what probably seemed like the dumbest most obvious questions. I called her on multiple occasions throughout the process of negotiations and she was able to help me with some things that I just didn’t think to do….sometimes it was as simple as her saying to me,” You know it’s ok to call them and just ask.” More often than not I found myself calling Janet just to gain some reassurance. Like I said, the law can be extremely intimidating to someone who doesn’t understand it and who only really knows the Hollywood version of a lawyer. Janet was on this journey with me now and sometimes the conversations were just us laughing about my insanity (over my dumb little questions or things we did) but she always took the time for my calls (she even took and after hours call from me) despite the fact that the firm couldn't help me and that meant more to me than money could ever buy. I knew that there was SOMEONE who had my back and was cheering me on even though I felt completely void of hope. I never even got to see this woman’s face but I could pick that voice up in a crowd in an instant. She calmed my nerves and held my hand at every step when she very easily could have done what the other law firms had done and simply said, “I’m sorry we will not be taking this case.” Like I said, there are not enough words to describe my gratitude towards this wonderful human. She touched my life and I will never forget the kindness that she showed me. I know that there are people out there that Janet will be able to help, but I also know that she will be there standing by your side putting her best foot forward no matter what. Thank you Janet for all that you did for me.

I had a great experience with this firm. Bethany and Brendan who specifically were working on my case were very helpful with everything from beginning to end! They both communicated timely and were very responsive with any questions I had. I had no issues with anything and would definitely recommend!

Brendan was incredibly helpful and professional throughout every step of our personal injury case. He is clearly very knowledgable and experienced in personal injury law and is excellent at maintaining communication and keeping you updated throughout the process. He is a strong and dedicated advocate for his clients. Not once during the several months that the case was ongoing did I feel the need to speak to a lawyer or have time to wonder about next steps, Brendan kept us thoroughly informed every step of the way until we reached settlement and was always available to talk and answer questions or explain next steps. I would strongly recommend working with Brendan and Becker, Kellogg & Berry on any personal injury law case. He was wonderful.

They were absolutely amazing and my lawyer Megan Koster was a GEM. She worked tirelessly on my case and I appreciate all that she did even through the pandemic. I never hounded her with phone calls, because I trusted her and knew that she would contact me with any new updates if their were any which she did. I can not imagine what she must go through but to treat my case like it was the only one when she called meant so very much to me. She fought for me and it paid off.

Ms. Lilly and my lawyer Ms. Johnson-Noon put their hard hats on for my case. I was in a t bone accident and they made my situation so much easier. They took care of everything I needed like scheduling the doctor appointments and transportation to my physical therapy appointments. Couldn’t have found a better law firm than this place. Highly recommend.

Where to start!!! Okay Michael Faust is the best. I was involved in a bad accident and turned to Michael Faust. Not only I got a great reimbursement but great customer service. I had to go to trial but Michael prepped me very well. Overall had a easy experience.

Lisa Basista was excellent! She quick to respond and resolve any issues. I knew nothing about workers compensation (now I feel like I could hold a seminar) and definitely needed help in this whole process for my husband. She and Brian Bosta saved us from many headaches and stress as we had to navigate through my husband’s case. Don’t be fooled by the insurance companies, they are so nice to you in the beginning but they do not have your best interests at heart. We definitely recommend (and my husband did many times in physical therapy to get an attorney) and to call Lisa and Brian. It has been a long 19 months of recovery but Lisa and Brian made it less stressful.

Never had to even set foot in an office. My girlfriend and I were involved in a truck sideswiping us and pushing us off the road on the highway and faced minor injuries and shoulder issues. Rita and Bethany both handled my case with poise and precision. I knew from the moment I called I was dealing with a professional firm. I’m a firm believer in first contact and even the receptionist was quick well informed and knew everyone by name. I say that because other firms I called fumbled and wouldn’t give straight forwards answers or even times. Say the least I went with Becker, Kellogg & Berry and so glad I did. They informed me every step of the way. Every process, possible outcomes and even advice on places that could help me with my shoulder injury. They were the whole package and more. I hope I don’t have use them again but if I am ever in a car accident again I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.
