I retained Bryan Bosta as legal representation after a year of handling my Workers Compensation case myself. I will say counsel with a good reputation within the Workers Comp field is enormously helpful. Bryan is someone who really knows his stuff. Coming from working as a defense attorney for the insurance companies to the injured parties gives him a hand up knowing how the insurance companies will act. You are only as strong as the people you have working for you though. His paralegal Janet Hollins is extraordinary. She works tirelessly for her clients. From answering calls at 7-8 pm to Saturday calls and emails. She really is the glue to the whole thing. Bryan and Janet took my case and really cared for me. Whenever I had a major issue Janet would drop whatever she was doing and take care of it. It was a great experience working with this team. If I ever needed I would call them back in a heartbeat. Personally being someone who has never been through a traumatic experience I wasn't sure what to do and was quite frightened in a bit of a panic trying to figure out how I would get through my injuries when I was immobilized for 4 to 5 months.
