I started with Brandon who was very impressive and i felt happy. I then got assigned to Elaine who expected me to settle for less. I had a life changing event and she in the end was using that against me versus understanding. She had even told me the policy of person at fault was less even though Bret had told me more. Then had to correct what she said and found out there was also a rider. I would have gone to trial but lost faith in the fact that she really did not want to fight for me.. The stress was taking a toll on me and i did have work commitments. For settlement I had to dictate and ask her to continue to counter to get something. If i would have followed her 1st recommendation it would have only been 1/3. I did not even see the demand until after i settled which would have made my decision different as it was for more. My advice is to ask for everything including demand package.. Bret was the one in charge of gathering docs who kept telling me they had everything and team was working but then I had to scramble to get items a few days before the package went out. . In the end i stopped dealing with Elaine. I will say Nathalie who i dealt with in the end was very helpful and honest in my conversation with her and helped close this matter and transfer items. So appreciative to her to Nathalie but the rest was dissapointing.

The best paralegal I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Janet Hollins is friendly, compassionate and very intelligent. She will work hard for you and be very straightforward. 5 Stars.

Brendan and Elaine did an amazing job from start to finish. All I had to do was follow directions lol. From scheduled appointments for doctors, communicating with insurance, to walking me through REALISTIC options for proceedings they were able to maximize my case through care and active listening. Thanks for helping my gf and I with our case! We really appreciate it! There were some times where the communication wasnt the best but once addressed they did their best to communicate better! It was still a good experience nonetheless! Deena and Natalie were great and very helpful.
