VERY INFORMATIVE! She answered the phone on first ring and you were speaking directly to the person in charge right away! She gave me some contacts to other attorney's in the area who could assist me with my particular case. Thank you so much Susan!

I had contacted Susan as well as another criminal attorney in town for a potential misdemeanor I was facing. The other attorney pushed me off to a paralegal who deemed my charge was a misdemeanor in a matter of 2 minutes and then asked me for $1500…I felt immediately taken advantage of, hung up, and then called Susan whom I found off google and did not know prior to this. She answered the phone herself, which is an exceptional and rare quality to find in an attorney, and spent almost 30min on the phone with me to discuss what had happened. Not only did she advise me correctly in that my charge wasn’t a misdemeanor but she did research for me, and put me at ease all without asking for a penny. I tried to pay her but she humbly refused which is why I’m leaving this review. Take your business to Susan Johnson and not another criminal attorney in town.

There is simply not enough that I could state about Miss Johnson that expresses the value of her work ethic to her clients. She is truly over the top! Susans relentless diligence for the rights of her patrons is immeasurable. She is equipped with the intelligence and the broad arsenal that exudes genuine compassion with a sharp resilient no BS way of letting her people know ,how, why ,where they went wrong!! All with a smilie and pleasant disposition. I have received phone calls from counsel Johnson in the middle of her doing dishes and house chores yet still as sincere as the Oval Office. As much as I hate to admit I am no angel but to validate my opinion of the attorney I have worked or have been a client of the likes of Blair Howard,Paul Ebert ,Mark Obenshain David Downs, Frank Reynolds,William Bo Bassler, Jerry Talton, A. Donald McEachen , Robert Whitestone. And last but not least the marvelous Marvin Miller. As I conveyed I am definitely not an angel but if you need a lawyer that covers you with a nationwide blanket I cannot think of none other, that I would rather have send Susan B Johnson of Staunton Virginia. I wouldn’t be able to share enough appreciation towards Susan that she deserves. She was nothing but supportive, knowledgeable, outgoing, intelligent, and kind. I had a wreck less driving case I’m which I definitely had doubts in the outcome. However, Susan steered me in the right direction, told me possible outcomes, was affordable, and ultimately won my case. At the end of this journey, my face was lit up with relief and I couldn’t have thanked anyone for that except for Susan. Thank you for being an amazing person as well as making this world a better place. As a sophomore in college, paying rent, as well as working finding an attorney who isn’t all for the money can definitely be a challenge. I called multiple places who charged $100 for a meet or even $1500 overall. After my trial, I wanted to even tip Susan to the price other people were charging (but sadly underwent precisely obstacles in life). I will only recommend Susan in the future, only ask Susan for advice regarding law, and hope one day I’ll be able to share that amount of kindness with another person.

These lawyers have done an excellent job for me, they even got me more settlement than I was expecting and they are very patient with me. If you even need a personal injury lawyer, I can highly recommend them!
