I scheduled a consult with an attorney. They took my money before anything else was started. After the consult, I called back to have them help me with a few things and was told they are not taking on new clients. Basically, I wasted money with a firm that knew from the beginning they weren't taking new clients and just wanted my money. I had to find another attorney law firm and my experience there was the exact opposite.

I have tried the Staunton, Harrisonburg and Charlottesville and can't get anyone to return and email or phone call. I received one email that the were interested so I called to schedule a consultation and get things rolling and nobody's responding now and court is quickly approaching.

Contacted Susan Johnson when a friend of mine was in a bad situation and as soon as the call was made she was proactive in getting the situation handled.
