Scott is a very smart man , I went to him before two months ago , he was patient with me and he did a great job in a professional way and he doesn't care when I told him that I will give him some money from my claim he said "deal is deal" , in the meantime he gave me good price for perfect service , I strongly recommend Ives for anyone who needs help. Scott is a hands on attorney who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He took a case that no one else would. He is a hero, a defender of children, a defender of abused women and children. He took the case, he won it and he gave a kid back some self respect and he gave her lots of love. He is IMHO one of the great attorney in Virginia.

Mine was a difficult case. My ex was extremely toxic and made this a very high conflict case that ultimately went to trial. Scott did everything he could to settle but she was having none of it and we went to trial. Scott is an excellent negotiator and also a bulldog in the courtroom. Something that sets him apart from most attorneys is that he is also ethical and never made choices that increased the conflict rather his intent was always to find a solution that minimized the costs. I cannot recommend him high enough.

I can not say enough good things about attorney Scott Ives. He represented me in a fall an injury which happened Sept 19, 2014. Scott did everything possible working with Doctors, Insurances, hospitals, and Medicare. He showed so much concern for my healing. Scott represented me in a child support dispute and did a fantastic job. He spent much more time than he had to, his arguments were VERY effective in court, and he handled everything in a professional manner.
