Mr. Bush took my case on such short notice and made the process easy. His paralegal always sent me emails and made phone call updates informing me of upcoming court dates and both were pleasant to work with I was happy with my outcome in court and will be recommending this firm to anyone seeking legal help.

This entire review pertains to Justin Bush only. It's been around 2 years since we hired Justin Bush and Im finally leaving this review. When I hear the word "lawyer", I think of the poor treatment that my wife and I received from Justin Bush. From the 1st meeting, we felt like Justin was a bit arrogant and kind of belittling in his approach to us as clients/people. In the end, we also feel that we were grossly over charged for the services rendered. We hired Mr. Bush to represent us in Suffolk district court. Later, we decided not to go to court and just walk away from the situation. The stress was weighing on my wife terribly. Without the court appearance we had seen Justin twice @ under 1 hour each time in his Suffolk office. The 2nd time that we met was the day before we were due in court. At that moment, it was clear to me that Justin had not studied our case file at all. The questions that he was asking us about very basic key parts of the case made that very clear. This worried us and gave us very little confidence. Later that day I asked Justin for a partial refund once we decided that there wasnt going to be a court appearance. I told him that I felt like $5000 for 2 hours of his time seemed excessive and that I just needed something back to make me feel like Im not getting taken advantage of here. He said "absolutely not! Doesnt matter!" I realize that there was behind the scenes work that was done too. But come on?!? He knew that we had already lost over $10,000 to a dishonest contractor in this situation and from the tone that he took with me, it is my opinion that he couldnt have cared less. I shouldve seen red flags when I initially reached out to him and the quote was $7500.. I said "no way". I got a call from someone in his office 5 minutes later saying $5000.... Two years before that I called to hire him to defend me in traffic court. The initial quote was $1500. I said "no way".. Once again, 5 minutes later I get a call saying $1000..(I did not hire him this time). Notice a 1/3 reduction in the call back price each time. I know that all business's have a profit model and that we are a capitalist nation, but anyone should see a pattern here of him seeing what sticks when you throw it at the wall. In this case, its my opinion that its the hard earned money of good Suffolk citizens who a lot of the time just dont have means to have this "let's see what I can squeeze out of them" game pulled on them. I simply with a clear conscience CANNOT recommend attorney Justin Bush. Whether the above behavior is legal or not, I cannot say. I CAN say that something in me just feels like its not a good, kind, or respectful way to treat honest folks in our great city. A darkness of sorts. After reading the previous ratings rebuttal/responses from Bush and Taylor, P.C. I would hope that they would not negate this 1 star review by saying that I was never a client of theirs (like they have to some of the others). If that turns out to be the case, I can prove that I was indeed a paying client of theirs. replying to his response below What you say is partially true. Spin it how you want. We had a counter-claim and I also had to dismiss to make it go away. My point is the money we paid you for what turned out to be NOTHING. What I didnt mention in the original paragraph above is that the majority of the reason that my wife was so stressed and wanted to walk away is because of our lack of confidence in being able to win. Your redundant questions were alarming and made us wonder if you ever opened our file. You seemed oblivious to the facts of our case. THAT my friend really made us uneasy. We were highly concerned because you werent taking this whole thing seriously. .Enjoy! You made over $2000 an hour off of us.. Good job

Mr. Taylor helped me with a legal case in the past that resulted in a favorable decision. Mr. Taylor was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to handling my case. I would use their office for any other legal advice. Thank You!

Very expedient with response and guidance pertaining to the case. He gave appropriate prerequisites to complete prior to trial and got the case dismissed. Would highly recommend his office and staff for any case.

Being from out of state (Georgia), I thought it was going to be difficult in dealing with a family issue there in Virginia. Ive been working with Brandon for several years now on everything from criminal and custody cases, to estate law. Absolutely amazing, well worth every penny(while being priced very reasonably for the amazing service you recieve). A younger guy with a work ethic seldom found in his generation and a voracious appetite for justice and success, all supported by an established, first class firm. Motivated and determined to provide the client with desirable outcomes through trying times.

Definitely the firm to go to for any of your legal needs. Everyone treats you like a friend and Lisa The legal assistant is always there to help with any questions and explains everything very well. And financially friendly! No need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Aggressive doesn't speak loud enough! I hired Mr. Bush to handle my son's case and felt very confident from the get go that everything would have a favorable outcome. My first contact was a Friday evening voicemail and he called me promptly on Saturday morning. I knew then I made a great decision to hire him. He fight hard to have the case dismissed and it was. Per my son, "Mr. Bush is very helpful and goes out for the win!". I would highly recommend him anytime! Thank you!
