Perceived lack of effort or impact in court proceedings
“Paid Mr. Letsen $500. Thought that meant he would represent us in court & argue on our behalf — like the pamphlet claims. While I wasn't at the initial hearing (that's why we retained legal counsel), I find it hard to believe any arguments were made in our defense.”

Disappointing outcomes despite hiring legal counsel
“The judge threw the book at us. He gave my child 30 hours of community service (!) & an 8-hour driving school. A bit excessive for a first time offense. After completing these things, the judge lowered the reckless charge to improper driving (as he should have) AND slapped us with a $566 fine! Ridiculous!”
