Michael referred me previously to several local specialists. After weeks of being run around I contacted Michael with 1 day left to file a response and default judgement would have been awarded. He quickly got the response in and worked with opposing council to reach an amendable solution. Michael saved me a lot of money and got a very agreeable payment solution.

Received my first ever speeding ticket. I had made plans to go to court to both acknowledge my role in the ticket but also to ask for consideration due to my numerous years of unblemished driving. Fortunately, I received a letter from Mr. Winget-Hernandez offering a 30 minute f-r-e-e consultation. His suggestions were straight forward and he even said could probably get similar results myself. However, hiring him would save me from taking a day off work, a 6 hour drive, plus bring his many years of experience to the situation. Bottom line: The case was dismissed! Worth every penny plus no hefty insurance cost increases. I am very grateful and would certainly recommend his professional services.

He gave me a free consultation in regards to a pending lawsuit against me from a student loan debt collector. He laid out all the steps I needed to take and while he was willing to take the case due to travel time it would have been restrictive. He referred me to several specialists in my area and gave me several leads to follow if any of them were unable to help me. Seems very down to earth and I wish he was closer to me to take on the case himself.

Michael was amazing! I recently moved into the area and within one month recieved two speeding tickets. Michael represented me for the first and was able to get a reduction lowering the amount of points on my licence, in addition my fine was greatly reduced. I didn't even have to show up to court. Mr. Winget-Hernandez wasn't interested in my case, but he did respond and offered advice for a different attorney. There were other attorney's I reached out to but they merely blew me off and never responded like Winget-Hernandez did. It seems it has to be a "cut & dried" case of easily proven discrimination before attorneys will take a case but nothing is that easy. Corporations have lawyers on staff to coach HR on how to cloak a discrimination release.

I would highly recommend Mr. Winget-Hernandez. He is truly the most professional attorney I have encountered. His work ethic is exceptional. He is very compassionate when needed and aggressive when required. Mr. Winget-Hernandez kept me well informed as my case progressed through the system.
