I recently found myself in need of a lawyer for traffic court. Andrew was one of many that I talked to understand what I was up against. As I have never gotten a ticket in VA before, there were many things new to me as far as the process here. For one thing any speeding over 20mph is a reckless driving charge. Andrew was very thorough in building an action plan to help reduce the impact of my ticket. He was able to explain his approach and this really set my mind at ease. He was one of the few lawyers that wanted me to be present during the court date and to be fully engaged in the process. We arrived early at court and we were able to secure a conference room to discuss the plan that morning. He was able to execute the plan perfectly. In the end we got a reckless charge reduced to a no points infraction. I could not have asked for a better outcome or better representation. Also, I could see in his interactions with the judge, prosecutor and law enforcement that he has built good working relationships with all of them. Additionally, he took the time to get to know my background and was able to use this during negotiations.

Andrew Rudolphi definitely exceeded my expectations from all dimensions. I hired Andrew as my attorney to defend a Reckless Driving charge, and Andrew did an amazing job of reducing the case to the best outcome that I can imagine- he convinced the prosecutor to significantly reduce my charge of Reckless Driving 56/35 to the no-point traffic infraction of Failure to Pay Time & Attention. As a result, I only need to pay a fine of $100 plus court costs. This was the first time that I got pulled over and learned that I had to be in court to defend my case. I had spoken to 4 to 5 lawyers before I connected with Andrew, and he is the one with the most pleasant attitude to work with. Believe me, it is important when you are experiencing something really bad, and you need professional advice to understand the situation you are in. Andrew proactively provided all the necessary steps to prepare the case and also showed up early in the court date to meet me and communicate with the prosecutors to get the best result. Andrew's cost is also very reasonable for a Reckless Driving Charge. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of my case, and would always want to recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
