When I first contacted Andrew I had quite the situation on my hands - I had just recieved two seperate Reckless Driving charges in less than 30 days. The penalty for just one Reckless Driving charge can be up to 12 months in jail, $2500 in fines, and 6 months suspended license. He responded to my inquiry with the upmost urgency and professionalism, throughout the proceedings keeping me updated of any and all developments while establishing what to reasonably expect on the day of court. On the first case (91/55) Andrew got the charges reduced to Improper Driving, then on the following charge (117/55) he negotiated a deal which included a $500 fine, 2 month license suspension, and 60 days suspended jail sentence - his skillful maneuvering ensured that the Police Officer never took the stand and wasn't able to mention the speed he had clocked me at with stationary radar (162/55) which would have guaranteed a sentence including active jail time. I was involved in a DUI case for the first time. It was hard to choose an attorney for me. Some famous attorneys were quite expensive. After reviewing several attorneys, I decided to hire Andrew Rudolphi. I chose him because he had a lot of good reviews and also gave me a reasonable price. When we talked over the phone first time, he had already done some research about my case. It gave me an impression. He was always immediately responding to my emails when I have questions at any time. It was clear that my case cannot be dismissed, but our goal was to reduce my DUI into reckless driving. He suited the action to the word.   I got reckless driving, six months of driver's license suspension. On court day, we met first time because of the restrictions of the pandemic. He was wearing a red bandana that was sticking out 😁 He was very consistent to reach our goal. I am very thankful for Andrew.

Andrew's work has been such an amazing help. He was able to reduce my charges which made the outcome of my case much better. He is diligent and hardworking, while also very communicative and was willing to help with any part of the process of my case and the tasks that needed to be done leading up to it.
