ما قبل از اشنایی با جناب عیوضی چندین بار نوتیس RFE Notice دریافت کرده بودیم و از پاسخ به سوالات اداره مهاجرت امریکا درمانده بودیم ولی به محض اشنایی با جناب عیوضی، در زمان بسیار کوتاه، بسیار حرفه‌ای و با توجه زیاد به جزییات توانستند به تمامی سوالات اداره مهاجرت پاسخ بدهند. جناب عیوضی در تمامی مراحل پاسخ به RFE Notice نقش اصلی را ایفا کردند هم در باره اینکه ما چه مدارکی را باید تهیه کنیم، دسته بندی کردن مدارک مرتبط با هر سوال، و نوشتن متن جوابیه بسیار کامل و متقاعد کننده. که درنهایت به تمامی سوالات اداره مهاجرت با ذکر اسناد مرتبط پاسخ داده شد. جمع‌اوری مدارکی فراتر از درخواست خود اداره مهاجرت امریکا نشان از دلسوزی و احترام ایشان برای کلاینت‌هایشان هست و نوشتن آن چنین متن جوابیه‌ای در زمان کوتاه و دقت فراوان از احساس مسیولیت‌پذیری و دیسیپلین حرفه‌ای ایشن دلالت میکند. بنده از زحمات دفتر آقای عیوضی تشکر فراوان میکنم و اگر از روز اول ایشان وکیل من بودند، مطمینأ سالها پیش گرین‌کارتم را دریافت میکردم.
