My adult daughter was in a horrible traffic accident in Virginia. Jeff took the case when others would not. Jeff worked for a year and a half to reach our goals. This included many phone calls, many emails, and a lot of patience. I always trusted his judgment, and he came through for us. Thanks again, Jeff.

Jennifer was fantastic. She simplified what could be an incredibly complex process of estate planning. We discussed how I wanted things to be, and she crafted the documents to fit my needs. Her review of my situation highlighted areas of particular focus that could have been screwed up by a less careful practitioner (not even going to mention how screwed I'd be if I used the DIY legal forms online). I also appreciated how she was able to point out areas where I was overthinking because VA law already established what I needed. The process was quick but I never felt rushed. I have no reservations recommending Jennifer for your estate planning needs.

Actually he was court appointed/pro bono, and was amazing. My previous lawyer was strongly recommending I take a plea for something I didn't do. Then in court based on his opening argument I dismissed said attorney, and Judge recused himself and set me up with David Albo. I went into his office, he listened, he laid out the possibilities, worst to best scenarios, and the best scenario happened. I never had to appear in court again and charges were dropped with prejudice. So if that was my experience as someone who had no money at the time just having come back from military. Can only imagine his service where he is billing the work. No shock that he had all these 5 stars, it's what I'd have expected.

Attorney Downey assisted me with an insurance settlement case after the death of my husband that unfortunately involved a dispute among family members. My mother-in-law was with a national Assisted Living company who failed miserably at caring for her resulting in falls, bed sores, and eventually death. We retained Jeff who was able to negotiate with the Company and settle the case out of the courts - which resulted in quicker time to funds to be used to settle her estate.
