Back in July I provided my contact information and a description of what happened under the 'Contact Us' on the website. I thought I would get a call within a couple of days so that I could schedule an appointment to speak with a lawyer. Never happened. I called them after a week. The secretary couldn't find me in their system. I asked if they are the kind of lawyers who sue companies. I was told yes. I gave the secretary my information and said I would like to buy an hour of consultation with a lawyer to see if I have a case. I was told the legal team would review and I should receive a call back within a couple days to schedule an appointment. Never got a call back. I called again and secretary told me they remember me but legal team hasn't reviewed my file yet. I'm still waiting.
