Terribly rude assistant answered the phone. Would not recommend this company.

A true group of lying criminals. Presented false evidence to the fairfax court was a direct cause of me being beaten half to death. Is why I am homeless and disabled. Also due to this firm I stand a very high risk of losing my leg and possibly my life from being forced to live outside for a year.

Convenient location considering 66 /495/ 7 corridor. Parking is validated and provides easy access to building. Meeting was timely, achieved and set future agenda, comfortable while professional and exceeded expectations as a legal resource. Excellent referral.

He is rude and abusive. Further he over-charged me. It took me 1.5 months to return my deposit.

about three years ago I had a dealing with one of the attorneys in Offit Kurman Office. The problem never got resolved civilly even though every attorney I talked to stated that the attorney form Offit kurman was wrong and he should be taken to courts. I do not have more money to spent on this matter therefore the next stop is to file a formal complaint with the VA Attorney's General and VA Board for this Attorney's unethical conduct. and I will not sign any papers silencing me not to mention this attorney's name in my upcoming notes. Then I will write about details of this incident every chance I get in every space of the social network every day of my life until I make sure this guy does not practice here. So stand by !!

Mr. Stone took over my case after another lawyer failed to follow-through. After taking thousands of dollars as a retainer, Mr. Stone was verbally abusive and financially abusive. He seemed to be more interested in appeasing opposing counsel than representing me prior to trial and tried to force me into a settlement agreement. I refused to settle. He was successful with my case at trial but then withdrew on the basis of the relationship between opposing counsel and their client.

My retainer was spent very quickly, his bills were vague as to where all the costs came from, and once my divorce was over, talking to my ex-wife it is clear Stone did NOT do most of what he charged me for. As far as I can tell all he did was drive up both her and my attorney fees. Do NOT hire this man.

Mr. Stone took over my case after several other attorneys. He got my case settled before trial and I now have custody of my child and a good financial settlement. I strongly endorse his great legal skills

My opinion is this attorney lacked client and interpersonal skills--did not even offer the perfunctory handshake at initial meeting. Had two appointments, both delayed. General attitude was both unsatisfactory. Interactions were unpleasant. Argumentative. Impatient. Disrespectful. Rude. Also did not always remember details of prior conversations, despite taking notes. If not for the need of a timely solution and additional costs of starting over, I would have found another lawyer. He did what he was paid to do in the end (at 3x the initial estimate, and we were not informed of increasing costs—just expected to pay them) Did not meet my expectations. Professional demeanor was poor. For $500.00/hr, I expected better.

I went to Mr. Stone for help in obtaining a child support order. He was recommended by the union at a discounted rate. Mr. Stone quoted me a reasonable price. I tried explaining to him the complexity of my case. I thought he understood. Maybe it was his over confidence shining. Mr. Stone gave me a plan that I agreed to. Later on I received a phone call from another lawyer helping with my case explaining to me that he had filed the case in a different way than agreed upon. I was never consulted. I was obviously upset. Mr. Stone's response basically was "I'm charging you every time I have to read & write an email and make a phone call." Mr. Stone only cares about money. He doesn't care to listen to the needs of his clients. I'm really not sure why my child support order cost me well over $20K. Yes, I received bills stating what was done but I don't really know why those actions were needed.
