Stan came highly recommended by our social worker. They worked great together and our kids' adoption was finalized within 56 days! Stan also very thoughtfully created extra unofficial certificates just for the kids! The kids were tickled to see their names celebrated in print like that. It meant a lot to them and to us.

Mr. Phillips was referred to me from a friend and after speaking with him, I hired him to assist in the adoption of my granddaughter through Fairfax County DSS. Mr. Phillips was professional and courteous and took the time to explain the entire adoption process. I never felt rushed on the phone and he made certain that I fully understood the proceedings and length of time to adopt. More importantly, Mr. Phillips was prepared in advance and the adoption process took less than time I anticipated. It is clear that he lived up to his reputation as a stellar attorney!
