Ben Ader and his team worked wonders! After the loss of my wife, my daughters student loan fell into default and a collection agency came after her. (my wife had co-signed her loans) I met with Ben and explained our situation. After he warned me there was zero guarantees, I hired him anyway. Seriously, best people in the business. Got a Reckless Driving in March and Travis and Paul really came through for me on my court date in June. I even sat in the wrong court room for 45 minutes (lol), and Paul still managed to make me feel less anxious when I finally realized my mistake. Shoutout to Paul for being such a cool professional guy, and for making me feel comfortable through the whole process. I hired Nader Hasan to represent me in a case involving the Metropolitan Washington Airport Police who arrested me in an incident for which I was absolutely innocent. I would have been far better off representing myself. 1) Despite promising that he would do so, Nader failed to get videotapes relevant to the case. 2) Misrepresented a hearing as purely perfunctory, when in fact I was presented with plea options that needed immediate response from me. 3) Strongly encouraged me to take a plea deal, which regrettably I did. 4) Failed to make me aware that a man had shown up at my hearing to testify on my behalf until after I had accepted the plea deal. This episode left me to serve time in jail on a charge for which I was absolutely innocent. Months later I was denied entry at the Canadian border for the supposed violent crime for which I plead guilty through the plea deal. In retrospect, I should have sued Hasan for malpractice. Years later this matter continues to dog me.
