My parents permanent residency cases was very delicate and difficult to handle. They went through two separate procedures and, moreover, my father’s case had many difficulties and questionable points. I have to say National Capital Legal Services office and more specifically Sofia Ladygina was always very communicative, attentive to detail, creative and performed very naturally under pressure. We appreciate that she went through this exhausting process with us and her continuous support. We are anticipating my parents arrival after such a long journey.
