I do not recommend working with lawyer Elizabeth Krukova, because her firm National Capital Legal Services works unprofessionally. In October 2022, I signed a contract with lawyer Elizabeth Krukova. In two years, the lawyer filed only one form i-589. The lawyer did not take any action to ensure that my case got into the court system.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sofia for over 10 years. She is an exceptional professional with meticulous skills and extensive knowledge. Elizabeth and her team were able to drive my mother-in-law through Green Card approval process to completion. The process hit some unfortunate turns when she received incorrect documentation from other countries (Hungary) that was not accepted by US processing center without explanation. We have spend months and months in attempts to find out the reason and move the case from the dead point, including involving senator request to US visa processing center officials. During this time, Elizabeth and her team (Sofia Solonari) were constantly in support. They were tried their best researching similar cases and providing their best advises based on their inner knowledge of the processing system and procedures.
