Divorce is never an easy process to go through for anyone. I was referred to an attorney, Jennifer Babounakis, who made this entire process a seamless transition. Jennifer heard my story and took on my case. Jennifer added Marcus Greene, another amazing attorney, to help me put together a case. This was a tough process, but with their assistance we were able to resolve all issues and come to an agreement with the opposing party. They took care of all of my needs and my family needs to get them best outcome for my situation! I highly recommend this firm. Their integrity and professionalism is second to none!

This is my second time working with Alex. I was blindsided with a custody and relocation case (and subsequently an appeal) with my ex-husband being represented by Susan Hicks. Our case was during COVID which was extremely unique and probably one that should be publicized to study because it was...interesting. As an example, opposing counsel submitted 'evidence' of photos of celebrities claiming with conviction that it was me... Alex (and Cambridge) were faced with new challenges due to COVID and were also faced with many obstacles through an expedited case and trial. Alex was able to expedite my case and completed discovery and trial within THREE months. Needless to say, it was all consuming and beyond stressful, but Alex managed to not only keep me calm and focused but demonstrated an exceptional ability to keep the case focused on the facts and make that very clear to the judge. Alex has a keen attention to detail, is extremely respectful and professional, and is always spot-on with his instincts. He will always listen to your thoughts and feelings and advise in the best way possible. On the morning / at the beginning of the second day of trial when it was my 'turn' to testify and go through witnesses, Alex requested a Motion to Strike and it was granted (which apparently is pretty rare in these cases...). Alex is very intentional about his preparation, oral arguments, and ability to apply the most applicable rulings/law to motions/briefs/etc. Following our trial, we also went through an appeal process that was filed by opposing counsel and he seamlessly filed the appellee brief and completed the oral argument...the final decision by the court affirmed the circuit court rulings and our case was closed. 10/10 Thank you, Alex!

I was represented by Komal Khan in a custody case brought against me by my ex wife. Komal is is an incredibly thorough attorney who leaves no stone unturned when it comes to preparation and the analysis of evidence. Because of Komal's knowledge of the law, attention to detail and timely objections, my case was stricken by the judge before we even had to present a witness. Where this ordeal was extremely expensive and I did not receive any reimbursement from the court, I would recommend Komal Khan to anyone I know who needed legal representation in this area.

Some notes about Alex Xanttopoulos which set him apart from prior experience... He makes you feel like his only client. His feathers are never ruffled. He steps over drama and gets the job done. He redirected me on many occasions without being condescending. He showed respect for all parties and it was clear that they respected him (don't mistake that for being a push over - he wins on every point). He is a master of detail and numbers, is measured, strategic and has spot-on instincts. He was a trusted steward of the money in my retainer. Komal is an excellent person who assisted me in giving me legal advice in my divorce and supported international client during pandemic. She planned my court proceedings/hearings virtually through zoom all over from Virgina to India by reducing my over costs of travelling and risk of facing unnecessary health issues during pandemic. She fought my case for three years and was giving clear and practical advices over various issues like child visitation, false allegations and solved case by cracking my ex-husbands bank statements.
