Cynthia was very understanding of my situation from the very start. Not only was she great with handling everything, I felt trusted in the fact that she took pride in her work. Her confidence left me without doubt from start to finish. She is very detail oriented, she worked with me through my different situations (pregnant at the time) and also is very personable. The consultation was fairly easy. She took time to listen and allowed me to elaborate on every concern. In return, Cynthia was able to tell me what it would take to attain all possible outcomes. She finishes tasks in a timely manner. Not once was there a delay caused on her end. Communication was never a hassle. Responses were always received quicker than expected. More importantly, I loved how she was able to explain anything I didn’t understand. Even after all business was done (got everything I set out for), she still called me to check on me and the baby. My husband and I hired Shupert Chaing to represent us in a contested custody case. We were quoted $4,500.00 originally but ended up paying just shy of $9,000.00 for literally nothing. We provided tons of written supporting evidence to our attorney Joan Champagne for use in court. She could not locate a document for the defense attorney when asked for it and her paralegal seemed to know more about our case than she did! She used not one shred of evidence in court and did not object not once even after I spoke with her about objections. She lost a case that was all but determined in my favor according to her after the guardian at lidim’s report was issued. My husband and myself in both the military and real-estate fields will advise acquaintances and co-workers to steer clear of these “Super Lawyers”! I will be posting this review in and every place I can find to review this firm!

Receptionist rude and attorney misrepresented cost for case causeing me to seek other counsel would not recommend this law firm.

As a plaintiff I paid for legal services to help with a case which was to be settled out of court, but their screw up ended up costing me more in stress than anything. Instead of offering an apology, they had the audacity to request more money to go to court because that’s the only way the judge would hear the case after their screw up. So, if you choose this firm to represent you, please double check and triple check any documents before the office submits them to the court on your behalf.
