When we ran into a few glitches with the lender we were working with, Mark went out of his way to talk to the foreclosure company to get us an extension on closing. He also kept us fulling informed about anything having to do with the closing. In the end, when it was obvious that we had chosen a lender that was not living up to its promises, Mark helped us find a lender and we were able to close on the property.
