Stephen is very professional and intelligent. He is also very knowledgeable about his line of work specifically and knows everything there is to know about it. He is very patient and makes sure you understand every step before moving forward. Stephen is very understanding as well. He is very experienced in helping others get through their problems, and it shows! He is also very successful in his work. He happened to get me the lowest punishment I was allowed to get by law. I doubt it would’ve went that way ii did if it wasn’t for Stephen. If you are contemplating whether or not to hire Stephen, hesitate no longer. Just do it!

There is nothing I can say that would do Brian justice for what he has been able accomplish in the court room on several occasions . My son suffers from PTSD. Brian has a military background so he gets it. He understands the impact. He has taken the time to know and understand my son. No judgement. I walked into the courtroom, fairly confident that I was going to watch him be taken into custody. Not every mother in the courtroom took her child home that day. Brian is the reason I walked out with mine. We still have a few more hurdles to clear, but scary as it is, I am grateful that we have Brian Latuga in our corner. Great experience working with Mr. Pfeiffer, especially as someone who hasn't worked with lawyers before. He was personable and had excellent communication, and I could definitely tell he was on my side through the entire process. Situations can be unfortunate to need a defense attorney but if you are wondering whether to hire one or not it is much better to be safe than sorry and Mr. Pfeiffer was a great choice for me and my situation. In short, a refreshing introduction to a responsive, competent and confident professional. After an embarrassing lapse of judgement, which led to a reckless driving citation, I reached out to Atty. Pfeiffer. Within minutes of my reaching out he was well in-form as I quickly received clear and concise instructions on how to move forward. On the day of my appearance he explained precisely what was to come. After he ushered me into the courtroom I witnessed events unfold as such. Though we were in front of the judge for mere moments, I realized just how much preparatory work had been done for it to go so well. I wouldn’t chose anyone else for my legal matters. Mr.Pfieffer is hands down the best lawyer in the 757. He is distinguished and prominent through out the courts and the city of Virginia Beach. Well versed in DUI related cases and many other subject. He was willing to take on more than he had originally signed up for regarding my second case. He was extremely comforting and accommodating, whilst being communicative through my whole process even while I was incarcerated. Mr.Pfieffer was supportive and stern in encouraging me to be and do better for him to be able to get the best outcome of both of my court cases. He executed both cases very professionally did a lot of favors for me to receive the best results. I was originally looking at 1 year in jail with a felony charge and he got it reduced to 60 days (serving 30) with a misdemeanor.
