With the possession charges I held, and it not being my first offense, I should not have been able to walk out of there today WITHOUT probation, community service, or time BUT because I hired Steven I did. Miracle worker -- if you got a DUI and don't want to go to jail, Pfeiffer is your guy. Brilliant in his legal tactics, he's straightforward and makes the process as easy as possible from square one. I went into court today looking at a minimum sentence of a mandatory 5 days in jail for a DUI, but everyone was telling me to expect a longer jail sentence than that. After realizing the case was indisputable, we attempted to negotiate a deal with the prosecution, but was denied any kind of bargain due to my terrible driving record, prior convictions for reckless driving, and -14 safe driving points. Although the prosecutor was fighting me to serve the maximum penalty of 12 months, he was quick and attentive and managed to get my sentence down to a $250 fine, restricted license for a year, and ASAP classes. No jail. After the hearing, I was approached by multiple lawyers that were present during court to congratulate me on the outcome of my case and comment on how lucky I was to have such a good lawyer. Hopefully I'll never have to go back to court, but if I do, I wouldn't go to any other counselor.

My DUI was dropped! Each case is different in all of the circumstances but I feel that I got the best result I could have because of Steve Pfeiffer. My job had me go into a 30 day rehab and a 5 year alcohol monitoring program so Mr Pfeiffer had my court date continued until I could complete 9 months sober to show the Judge that I was turning my act around. Which on a side note is what my life has needed for a long time. I intend to stay clean and live a great life, pay for my action, but no lose my job. Mr Pfeiffer was able to make the Judge see what was on the line and that I had and will continue to put forth the effort needed to become a better person. The state will get me for 5 days in Jail but I can drive and by not having the second DUI on record I am able to keep my job. God has worked in a truly graceful way toward me and Mr Pfeiffer. I will always be grateful for having him for my Lawyer and to have a chance to change my life. If you have been arrested and now need a lawyer you are going to worry about spending money on someone that you might feel is a gamble because you don't know anything about them. Well there are ways of finding a good Lawyer, I won't go into that, but I found Steve Pfeiffer and I am so glad that I did. He was extremely knowledgeable and forth right and encouraging about my case. When I was worried he reassured me that he would do everything he could to help me. Thank you Steve.

He helps you through every step of the process and although the situation may look grim from the start, he was able to work within the confines of the law and with the prosecutor to work out one of the best possible end results! Mr. Pfeiffer is an amazing lawyer who was up front, honest, and fought hard in court for my case. When I first met with him, he explained everything in detail. He was the only lawyer I met with and I wanted him to represent me in court. The next meeting we had, he sat down and went through all of the information with me, highlighting and writing notes all over the paper to ensure I was following everything. He looked into every detail of my case and told me he wanted to take my case to court and fight to get it dismissed. On the day of court, he definately made things much easier and was ready to go.
