I retained the services of Jarrett McCormack as well as those of the McCormack and McCormack team during a time of great personal and career uncertainty. I am an Active Duty Navy Officer with over 17years of service. The charge I faced could have ended my career. Jarrett and his team were with me every step of the way. They provided counsel and guidance as well as helping to keep me motivated throughout the process. Jarrett was extremely proactive and had me accomplish several tasks leading up to my court appearance. To say that I questioned his tactic is an understatement but I can say unequivocally that the very things he had me do in preparation for my appearance are the things the judge cited in why he was ultimately going to dismiss my case. Thanks to Jarrett and the team, I am going to continue my career in the Navy... I feel, strongly, that Jarrett treated me with respect, always had my best interest in mind, and was there for me 24/7; responding to my questions/concerns at all hours of the night. I am deeply grateful for the support I received...

Those are three words I would describe my experience with Jarrett McCormack.
I was facing a lot of time if convicted of a misdemeanor as I am currently on probation for felony convictions. As soon as I was arrested I retained a lawyer that popped up online but soon realized that all lawyers are not good criminal defense lawyers. I began looking for a different lawyer once I was convinced I would be found guilty if I went into court with that lawyer. I then found Jarrett McCormack.
I contacted him online and received a response the same day. After talking with him for 5 minutes on the phone I felt much better about the chances with my case. I went the next day to his office and retained him.
Jarrett is very knowledgeable with both the law and courtroom procedure. From the onset he informed me about the details of evidence required by the state to find me guilty as well as possible defense strategies. He was straight forward in stating he couldn't guarantee anything but he would do everything possible, and that he did.
Jarrett worked on my case prior to going to court. He told me what kind of documentation I should try to get that would be useful. He spoke with the prosecutor about my case and got the charge lowered to a lesser misdemeanor prior to going to court. His paralegal took care of all the things she needed to do. Both were easily accessible throughout the entire process.
When I went to trial I was prepared to take the witness stand, and expected to, however that proved to be unnecessary. Jarrett was well prepared and addressed all the key points in my case and the final result was a "Not Guilty" verdict. I was totally relieved as this ordeal had been going on for 4 months.
I have total trust in Jarrett. I recommend him to anyone looking for a "Great" criminal lawyer.

Mr. Jarrett McCormack is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney. I have nothing but the best to say for this man. Don't be fooled by his young appearance; this man knows what he's doing!
I was facing a Class 1 Misdemeanor charge for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. A maximum sentence of 1 year imprisonment and a $2500 fine.
It was a long and rough road for me and I almost lost everything. Mr. McCormack had my back from day 1 when I stepped into his office. He gave me assurance, support, and knew the correct approach for me to take. He gave me a step-by-step guideline to follow to ensure the BEST outcome for my case.
Everything discussed between Jarrett and I was strictly confidential which presented me a sound mind. If for whatever reason my attorney was not available by phone or e-mail, he always replied to my questions and concerns PROMPTLY. As pleasing as it is to receive prompt replies, I was more impressed to receive updates on any new information either from him or that the opposing party may have.
Jarrett's pricing is standard. Fixed fees. My advice: If you're reading reviews to see how pricing is -- I'll put it to you this way: You get what you pay for. The pricing is a normal, standard, fixed fee and it is reasonable. He'll work with you; payment plan. I always paid in full, but that's just me.
Mr. McCormack saved me. He pulled all the strings! He got me everything I needed, told me everything I needed to do; was always very organized and prepared in court (no missing documents), had a great argument and what's the best thing about it all? After all the stressed I endured trying to figure out whether I was going to be incarcerated or not, Mr. McCormack kept me out of jail. After it was all said and done, the judge sentenced me to 12-Months ALL SUSPENDED! I was shaking! I couldn't feel a thing! I was numb! Surely, I thought I was done. But thanks to an amazing lawyer by my side, I was able to walk out of there a (semi) free man! HEY! It's better than being behind bars! The court room was shocked, and the people pressing charges against me weren't too happy either (to say the least), but justice got served that day IN MY FAVOR!
If your in trouble then you NEED legal counsel. I highly recommend Jarrett McCormack. He will not only represent you, but he will guide you through the right steps to ensure a good outcome. Are you military? No problem. His father represents all active duty and reserve. Call McCormack & McCormack today. They won't let you down.

Mr. McCormack was exceptionally reassuring throughout my case. He was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. He was always quick to return my calls and answer any questions I had even if they were the same ones I had already asked. As active duty military I stood to lose a lot based on the outcome of my court case which he understood as he has a strong understanding of military personnel as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone needed his services.
