Kind, caring and compassionate. He's doesn't see you as a dollar figure, he sees you as a person. It makes all the difference. He knows the DUI laws and helped me go from a felony DUI 3rd offense to a 2nd, 2nd offense and no felony. Again, makes all the difference. Highly recommend him when your future is on the line.

Lee is a very good negotiater, and savy with the judges as he has served as an ADA with the City of Virginia Beach. He knows the law and is easy to converse with, he takes his time with you. I'm glad Mr Devendorf was my choice.
