Adam Carroll recently represented me on a probation violation in Chesapeake he was recommended to me by a lawyer that i usually use . This was my second violation in which I violated condition 1 and 8 . Condition 1 is the worst one to violate it means i brought back a charge. 7Mr Carroll researched my case meticulously and fought very hard for me on court. I believed my ex-husband owed some additional dollars for our child according to our divorce settlement and Mr. Carroll suggested and educated me on the Show Cause process during our initial consultation. Mr. Carroll developed a strategy and he made the process civil for both parties and explained each step. His staff was professional and communicative during the process.

I have been in the middle of legalities for a little while now with a differed finding. Assuming that I got into no trouble, I would return to court and my charges would be dismissed. Unfortunately I had a positive blow in my breathalyzer and was worried about what that will do for the status of my differed finding. I contacted Adam Carroll and explained the situation to him. He was very understanding and he really put the time into this case to help protect my other case. He laid out the possibility of my case and did things I really do not think anyone else would do. I had received two separate charges and the first one was dropped with ease, the second one stuck and Mr. Carroll appealed it to be dismissed. The prosecutor and my case manager both said yes, but Adam quickly caught the mistake they made which ultimately led to the dismissal of my charge. It is because of him that I am now able to sleep at night without worry of my other case.

Many thanks to Attorney Carroll for his work getting my Reckless Driving reduced to an Improper Driving. He handled the case without me even appearing in court; I live out of state. Attorney Carroll suggested I take the aggressive driving course which also helped my case Attorney Carroll advocate my understanding of the violation with the judge and state trooper. State trooper overreached issuing a reckless driving citation for a minor traffic violation, trying to catch an unsuspecting out of state driver. I spoke to Attorney Carroll early presenting him with the facts of the case. Attorney Carroll was confident he would be able to have my violation reduced.

Mr. Carroll did an outstanding job successfully representing my son in a misdemeanor possession of marijuana case in Isle of Wight County Virginia. His thorough research techniques resulted in the identification of case law in Massachusetts that allowed him to successfully argue the legality of the search of my son’s car that resulted in the charges. His verbal arguments presented at trial were flawless leaving the judge in the case no alternative but to dismiss the charges. Although not a lawyer myself I’m told this is a precedential ruling that will likely be used by other lawyers in the future to ensure one of our most important rights granted to Americans under the US Constitution remains protected. I received a violation by my ASAP case manager for several failure to retests with my interlock device over a few months time. Most people are already aware of the many faults and errors that exist with these devices. Mr. Carroll presented the facts and evidence so well that the judge had no choice but to dismiss the case.
