Mr. Carroll was very easy to talk to, taking the time to know the circumstances and situations of my specific needs. He showed professionalism and respect towards me and the people directly involved with my case. He exhibited a good working relationship with prosecutors and other court employees. Although he is based in Virginia Beach, he works with clients in different parts of the Hampton Roads area including Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Chesapeake. It was well worth the drive to have his advice and representation. I would recommend Mr. Carroll to anyone who would need a knowledgeable defense attorney.

Adam is one of the best attorney I have ever worked with, he handled my case, which I had a second dui, reckless driving, and fail to blow he got everything dismiss, and brought it down to my first dui, he kept me inform every step of the way what was happening, and how everything was gonna work out, he made me fell very confident that my case was gonna turn out good which it did I'm very grateful for how everything turned out, I'll recomend him to everyone!
