I was referred to Brian Latuga for a non compliance with ASAP with a high BAC level blowing into my interlock. Mr. Latuga was very straight forward and sincere about what the consequences may be for me and very attentive to all my needs. His presence in the court room was held with great respect from the judge as well as the prosecutor. He spoke on my behalf as if he had known me personally for years, versus just treating me like one of 100 clients like some attorneys can. My outcome was better than I could have hoped for and I highly recommend him for any case similar to mine. He did his best to ensure the outcome was in my favor and that I was able to keep the factors of my life that most contribute to my overall wellness (money, travel, freedom etc.) If you are in a bind and need someone to stand tall in your corner with you Brian Latuga is the man I suggest.

There is nothing worse than having a child facing possible jail time. I had to blindly contact an attorney that I had no idea how to find. Fortunately I contacted Brian. Brian was very professional and made me feel that we were in good hands and that he was going to fight for my son. We were able to avoid jail time as long as he stays out of trouble. I would highly recommend Brian if you are in need of any legal help.

Brian came very highly recommended and after having multiple consults with other attorneys we decided to retain Brian for our matter. Without saying it was well worth every penny. There is an old saying, you get what you pay for, even though Brian was a little more expensive than the other attorneys we consulted, it was beyond worth it. I found myself in a tough spot after being arrested and charged by the local Stasi. This was unfamiliar territory for me and I found myself in waters I had never swam. Luckily, Brian Latuga threw me a life raft and pulled me out of the water. He came highly recommended...and did not disappoint. He showed up at my bond hearing with little notice and was well prepared. He successfully argued for my release against the presumption against it. Once I was released, he went right to work ensuring I received the justice we are entitled to as supposedly free citizens. If your expectation is a presumption of innocence, forget about it. Presume you need a skilled and competent attorney and you will only then have a chance. Had the city had their way, I’d have been in jail for months until trial and sentenced to forced labor in a Gulag for something I was obviously not guilty of. He knows the local politics and players, which is extremely important in good legal representation. He walked me through all the possible scenarios and gave me hope the matter would be resolved successfully. In the end, he prevailed in a full dismissal! I can't recommend him highly enough. He has experience on both sides of the aisle and utilizes that knowledge to help his clients overcome the overwhelming stacking of the deck against them in a few of our local jurisdictions. He does it with tremendous financial efficiency and professionalism. If you find yourself downrange in your Police Departments ”War on Residents”, call Brian. Cooler heads will eventually prevail once the kids go to bed and adults sit at the table. Just respect the boys in blue, don't make your problems worse. Be respectful, trust the process, and trust Brian. He will help you out.

Felony burglary amended to a misdemeanor trespassing charge. No jail time. Grateful for Mr. Latuga

Like most in the review section, I was facing serious charges and a lot of jail time (2 felonies, 4 misdemeanors, mandatory minimum 12 months in jail). Brian worked an amazing deal for me, which included dismissal of 1 felony, and a reduction of the other to a misdemeanor, with almost all jail time suspended. I can't thank Brian enough for this incredible outcome, he's an absolute life saver.

Brian has been hands down the BEST lawyer I have ever worked with. Not only is Bryan extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the law but he also is one of the coolest, down to earth, selfless people I've ever encountered. 10/10!

I cannot explain how crucial it is to have a CARING counselor for representation in ANY court case. Mr. Pfeiffer became more of a role model with the way he handles the care of his clients. He had my original sentence lowered from 180 days to the state minimum! This was after he got me bond for something that normally does not happen. He is VERY skilled with working with the judges and prosecutors. He is always open to talk, and gives you the honest truth with respect to the situation. I now look at Mr. Pfeiffer as a mentor figure as he has helped me this 2nd time with the same charge. He is the ONLY attorney that my family goes to and the ONLY attorney that I trust. He puts genuine care into his cases and does not worry about the financials. I call him my angel, as he saves me and gives me life advice a parent would give their child. He really is the best out there with certification that other attorneys do not have. Check his record, HE DOES NOT MISS. Mr. Pfeiffer is always on point and he is the ONLY reason I am not sitting behind bars for 180 days. I would seriously consider going to him at least to seek out advice if you don't plan to hire him. He is the best out there for any traffic, criminal, or DUI / DWI case. Please do not take this lightly, he WILL get you the best outcome, hands down.

Great lawyer came out with the minimum punishment considering I had failed my breathalyzer blowing a .23, the field test, and had slid into a ditch. I really regret that day but I believe Mr. Pfeiffer gave me another chance cause I was scared going to court. I would hire him and recommend him to anybody in a dui/dwi charge and a very straight forward and understanding person to talk with. Thank you Mr. Pfeiffer

I can’t say thank you enough to Steve for helping guide me through the daunting court system, and being a huge proponent of me as person in recovery, getting to know me on a personal level, dealing with my anxieties of the unknown/ never ending questions (lol).
