Mr. Pfeiffer was able to get my 3rd DUI Felony reduced to a 2nd DUI misdemeanor. He was very straight forward in the beginning and prepared me to be ready for anything. He never led me to get my hopes up, he was always there to talk whenever I needed; along with his assistant Claire. They worked with me very professionally and honestly.
