All I can say is that if you are in need of a DUI lawyer this is your guy. He gets you in and out of the court house as fast as he can. He a fighter and he made sure he was more than prepared for my case!!!! He made the prosecutor look like a fool in the 1st case. And than in the 2nd court date my case was dismissed. I would only use him if I ever needed a lawyer again he is well worth what he charges!!! HE IS THE MAN. don't make the mistake of going with someone cheaper because they can not do what this man does. Highly recommend Stephen Pfieffer! He knows what he’s doing and doesn’t give up when there’s a challenge in your case. My case would have turned out to be a negative one without him. He never gives up on you and he’s also a very sweet person. Miracle worker -- if you got a DUI and don't want to go to jail, Pfeiffer is your guy. Brilliant in his legal tactics, he's straightforward and makes the process as easy as possible from square one. I went into court today looking at a minimum sentence of a mandatory 5 days in jail for a DUI, but everyone was telling me to expect a longer jail sentence than that. After realizing the case was indisputable, we attempted to negotiate a deal with the prosecution, but was denied any kind of bargain due to my terrible driving record, prior convictions for reckless driving, and -14 safe driving points. Although the prosecutor was fighting me to serve the maximum penalty of 12 months, he was quick and attentive and managed to get my sentence down to a $250 fine, restricted license for a year, and ASAP classes. No jail. After the hearing, I was approached by multiple lawyers that were present during court to congratulate me on the outcome of my case and comment on how lucky I was to have such a good lawyer. Hopefully I'll never have to go back to court, but if I do, I wouldn't go to any other counselor.

I was arrested for drunk in public at a concert it was my first offense, we talked about my options for defense and how it would affect my navy carreer and my clearance. he was able to convince the judge to dismiss the case flat out based on how a conviction would have negatively impacted my carreer and it being a first offense. couldn't be more pleased.
