Highly recommend Stephen Pfeiffer if you are looking for an attorney. He is an excellent lawyer and I feel he gave me the best possible outcome with my case. Unfortunately, I found myself in a situation that required legal representation. I was charged with a DWI 2nd in 5 years, and a 2nd refusal. The outcome was looking pretty grim, so I knew from the jump that I was going to need an attorney who was going to help me get the best outcome possible. Mr. Pfeiffer had represented an ex of mine a year ago in a similar case, so I had previously witnessed firsthand his courtroom etiquette, his demeanor, finesse and overall confidence when arguing a case…. And needless to say, it was absolutely jaw dropping. I knew if I ever found myself in a future legal kerfuffle, without question, HE was who I would be retaining as counsel. Flashforward a year later, and I found myself in that kerfuffle. Not only did he thoroughly dissect my case to flush out even the smallest of points to argue, errors with procedure, etc…. He also kept me mindful, realistic and levelheaded on the potential outcomes I could expect in my case. He kept me grounded to the reality and gravity of my legal situation. So although anxious about what to realistically expect, I was confident in knowing that Stephen would undoubtedly get me the best outcome possible. I knew if he needed to argue my case, he would do it with the same astonishing prowess I had witnessed in the past, but if we opted for a plea deal, he would have undoubtedly gotten me the best one I could have hoped for. Part of me was bummed I didn’t get to witness his argument in court (as ultimately I opted for the plea deal), because it truly is a sight to behold! But alas, I felt the plea was the least risky option, and it allowed me to not have to spend 20 days in jail, and do a weekender work program in lieu of. With minimal interruption in my employment, and being home with my family for the holidays. Would I recommend Stephen Pfeiffer? ABSOLUTELY. WITHOUT HESITATION. WITHOUT A DOUBT. I hope I never find myself in a future situation where I would need to retain a criminal defense attorney, but should I ever, you can best believe I know the one and only attorney I will be contacting.

Mr Pfeiffer with out a doubt is who you want on your side threw this tough time. When my incident first happened I contacted multiple lawyers and everyone that called me back just made me worry even more. Even telling me I was screwed and there wasn’t anything they could do, except Mr Pfeiffer, he literally heard me out and my situation and told me “Ok bud, take a deep breathe and I will help you get through this. “ and this is before I had even met the guy. He took time to meet with me when he was about to handle personal things just to meet with me and I decided to hire him on the spot. He is professional, extremely smart, and truly knows the whole entire DUI process in and out. I truly thought that when he saw my case he might have given up, but he did not waiver at all and told me what he seen and what he thought the angle was going into court. He will not sugarcoat anything and be a straight shooter the whole time. On court day you could tell he knew what he was doing, he owned that place and before I knew it we had made a deal to get exactly what we wanted. Hiring Mr Pfeiffer was the best decision I could have made, with him on my side he literally saved me from constant panic attacks over this long process. If you don’t believe me look at the countless others he has helped in his career, one woman even told him while we was at court “I should have hired you instead” and that’s when I truly knew how blessed I was.
