How ironic, this law firm was representing my wife in a divorce settlement. One would think I hated the other side’s attorney, they actually treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the entire process, removing all emotional roadblocks. I believe they achieved a good and fair result for all parties, something that had failed all previous attorneys over the last 8 years. I’m pleased to say, if you need a law firm, I would defiantly go to these folks first.

My experience with Mrs Holcomb and her team was absolutely awful. I should’ve done a better job in choosing a bankruptcy attorney. After doing further research, this firm doesn’t even specialize in bankruptcy. If you prefer communication through email and mail; this is the perfect place for you. If filing for bankruptcy be sure to extensively do your research, that way you know what to expect. If you’re great with self teaching and reading through a ton of emails from beginning to end, even more of a bonus. Don’t expect much guidance after your bankruptcy’s discharged. I was ignored after voicing my frustration due to still owing debtors. BE AWARE - ALL DEBT IS NOT FORGIVEN. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! I still owe quite a bit and my car could be taken any day now. When I asked for advice, I was told by Mrs Holcomb to take it up with the bank. It was also hard to contact Mrs Holcomb directly. I had to go through her paralegal or front desk most of the time. As for her paralegal Katie, I reached out to inform her that I still owed debtors and was then told that I needed to contact them. This happened in the beginning too. I asked her if she had contact info to the people they use who’s “suppose to help” stop debtors from harassing you, but she couldn’t provide one. After following up on the contact, she never responded. Lastly, be prepared to stay on top of them, I had to a lot especially in the beginning.

Holcomb Law wasn’t able to help with my case but still set some time aside to answer my questions and also referred me to someone that could possibly help. Much appreciated!!
