I had my will and trust done by JS Burton a few years ago. I lost my copy in hurricane Ian and when I called to get another copy they did not have a scan of the final documents. Any offer to redo for free? No. Any offer of a refund? No. Do they care? No. That's salt in the wound of our losses in the hurricane.
