We have been shopping around for trust lawyers for over a month. Every attorney prior we had to question their confidence and keep looking for someone else. After the consultation we went with him. He specializes in asset protection as well.

A thorough concise experience.

Unprofessional and difficult to do business with. Poor communication, even after paying a large retainer fee. There were long periods of time between trying to reach him and when he or his staff responded, sometimes with excuses, sometimes with none at all. Not detail-oriented; for example, he failed to write my name or email address down properly during the initial consultation. It’s basic but important information to know of a client. Another example, asking us to pay a consult fee when we called with a question— despite the retainer fee that had already been paid. He’d seemingly forgotten our details, but at least when we reminded him of the money we paid already, he backed down. Unreliable and flighty; suggested appointments and then did not show up for them. Poorly organized; confused our case with another client’s case during a meeting, thereby divulging someone else’s case information with strangers. I can only speak for our experience, but I wouldn’t recommend this person. We weren’t prepared for such a negative experience, and with so many positive reviews, we expected better.
