As a realtor I work with A LOT of Attorneys, but when it comes to estate planning, asset protection, business law and elder law John is an absolute pro!

John was so helpful when my wife and I needed to redraft our estate plan to include a special needs trust for our son. He was the expert we needed. He communicated clearly, empathetically, and in layman's terms. My wife and I feel much better after having worked with JS Burton PLC because we know our estate is set up to handle whatever life throws our way.

Incredibly experienced and personable trust and estate lawyer! We had a whole trust/will package developed 10 years ago, but were never really happy with the attorney who did, and actually didn't trust (every pun intended) what he had put together for us. Met with John to simply review what we had and within 30 minutes knew the package needed to go through a major revision and update. Everything was done quickly, professionally and is now easy to comprehend. The binder we received will now allow us to put all our financial information and contacts into one easy place for either of us or our children to easily find and comprehend when needed (and it will be...someday, hopefully not too soon ;-) Can highly recommend

I want to Thank Mr. Burton for time spent with him to set up my Estate Planning. He was very helpful and gave me many suggestions and answered my questions concerning my plan. I feel happy and relieved now that my Estate Plan is complete. I can rest assured that all will be taken care as I have requested.

Upon the passing of my father, it became time to update the RLT that my parents had originally established in 2006. JSB created the original RLT so it only seemed best to have it perform any updates and upgrades required. John Burton and his staff did this quickly and presented a revised RLT that addressed our needs and reflected legal changes that had occurred since the original was put in place. Nice people, professional and pleasant to work with.
