Needed to get a trust in place to protect my assets and to make sure my loved ones would all be taken care in the event of my unlikely passing. I made a wise choice with the Hook Law Center to make sure it was all done properly.

Very thorough and kind service.

Terrible in terms of timing they will take forever. Everyone will give you different information. The office manager Bobby is extremely unprofessional and very un savvy. If you want to wait over 2.5 years for them to settle an estate use them and be prepared for the lack of communication and the terribly slow process.

Do not Trust!! Incompetent. Said they could handle my business. Took them over a year before they realized they could not. They also overcharged me $350 for the same service elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I employed HOOK Law Center for a trust and other legal documents. My perception of the dollar value I received was very low, in the end we spent ~$5000,00 on a cut and paste binder. *They didn’t take the time to ensure we had a clear understanding. *They didn’t consider that different people have different levels of knowledge and abilities to understand. *They didn’t take the time to thoroughly read and answer emails/questions which ended up costing us an additional $250.00 to make changes at signing. If they would have answered our question upfront there would have been no change required. Would like to point out that they made several mistakes which had to be changed, but still charge us $250.00 *Even though I explained upfront my job requirements - short notice travel - there was very little consideration giving for that or the holidays when it came to rescheduling meetings. They threatened to charge us $250.00 even though we provided a better than 7 day advance notice. *The staff seemed to get frustrated easly, like we were just wasting their time when really we were just trying to understand. -> We provided HOOK Law Center - at their request - our review/comments and for our troubles they gave us a $10.00 Starbucks card. As a retired Navy family who believe in Honor, Courage & Commitment I would highly recommend you look around before making the same mistakes I did. Thank you.

We had a 10:00 am appointment and were kept waiting for 15 minutes as the associate was on a conference call. Very rude and unprofessional to keep clients waiting. We left the office. Will take our business to another firm.

Run do not walk away from these people. You can find just as experienced lawyers somewhere else and not pay and arm and a leg for their services.

Very terrible service, very terrible lawyers, I made the unfortunate decision to do business with Shannon laymon pecoraro whom by the way is also terrible, basically I was tricked by a bunch of nice sounding words, iv tried reporting this to the bar association, haven't heard anything yet, will keep trying, I encourage anyone else who has been wronged by these people to come forward

The attorney who worked with my mother and myself was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, as were the paralegals and associate staff. I recommend using this firm to anyone with estate planning, power of attorney preparation or planning for long term care needs.
