Accused of scripting incident and refused representation after someone entering driveway uncomplete motion threw in reverse ran into me. Apparently since I held established lane with clear view no oncoming traffic contributes to negligence of guy incomplete motion not pressing brakes puts in reverse runs into me.

Dana Bryant and Richard was amazing. They were with me every step of the way and provided excellent guidance.

Highly recommended for services they will do their best and then some for you and Shirley Fragoso is the best I really liked how she keeps you involved in your case

I DO NOT recommend this law firm. Back in 2017 approximately around 6 am my dump truck was rear ended by a elderly woman. I was told by boss Dawn of Delta Hauling LLC to not to go to the hospital but to go home to see how I felt.I suffered migraines for 4 years straight. I did not seek medical attention because I didn’t have health insurance and never been in a car accident such. Not knowing everything would have been taking care of… but yes I eventually (2 weeks later) went to the Emergency Room because I couldn’t bare the pain anymore. Somehow my lawyer and paralegal changed. Ashley C. Daniello was my claims paralegal at first. She was awesome. She stayed in contact with me through email. I have emails stating they were trying to get me a higher offer and etc..Over the year I built a relationship with her which made me believe and trust that the Joel Law Firm had my back. ONCE my lawyer and paralegal changed I became blind to the whole case. I trusted my new lawyer Richard W. Zahn, Jr. but he failed me. Richard W. Zahn, Jr. my own lawyer didn’t believe me. Before my final trial in 2020, I had a pretrial? If that’s what’s it’s called with Richard. My sister was my witness because she was the main person I talked to after the accident. My sister mentioned why I stopped going to therapy and Richard told her to not to bring up race in court. Joking or not Richard claimed to be a racist indirectly while telling my sister why not to mention it in court.. after my sister left, It was just me and Richard in the room with the door open. Richard asked me series of questions. Because I couldn’t answer them, he got angry and made me cry because I couldn’t remember certain questions. Richard said “I don’t know if I should tell you to man up or not (because of how I dress but I know I’m a woman).. I PUT MY RIGHT HAND TO GOD…. An African American Woman walked in the room and told Richard to calm down. I don’t know her name but she was substituting for my paralegal that day. 🥲 I lost the case due to Richard W. Zahn, Jr because he didn’t fight for me. He mislead me and this case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM
