If I could give them zero stars I would. These people have been garnishing my wages for over three years. They claim that I have not met the judgement against. Yet I was not the only one on the lease for Emerald point. I have given them the name of the other person. They continue to come after me. I was told that it is both our responsibilities to pay what’s owed. I get that but they’ve already taken at least $4,000 of my hard earned money. I’m sick of them and their unprofessional attitudes.

David Mettler is incredible, he has immense knowledge of the law and is very professional. He gave me the best possible result with my case and truly knows his stuff, felt like a friend by the end of it all. I spoke with David Metler (sorry if I spelled it wrong), although he could not service me since I did not know much information or how to go about my situation. He was still a great help and provided other resources and advice! Would definitely recommend if you want straight forward answers.

If you are being sued by this place you are in trouble. They do not send any form of communication prior to taking you to court and will win a judgment against you then when you go to court they lie right in front of your face by telling you to contact the office to set up payment arrangements and then they will ghost you. L If you are hiring a attorney who is willing to lie in a court of law this is the place for you .!
