I can't say enough good things about the entire staff at Manz Law Office. They carefully explained the issues surrounding estate planning, explained the options, offered us their recommendation on each possibility, and then expertly tied it all up for us. I don't think any other group would have treated us so professionally, as well as keeping us updated along the way. In a nutshell, if you're looking for a group that treats you well, explains things clearly, keeps you updated, and gets the job done on time, as promised, this is the group for you. We fully intend to use their services in the future.

Angela and The Angela Manz Team were always ahead of schedule and communicated frequently and stayed on top of task to keep me timely and not delay in my requests. When it was time for my husband and I to meet with Angela and her team, they were focused on solely our Estate Planning and even remembered the names of our 3 daughters without looking at the notes. Ryan Reyes at Alperin Law PLLC was, no contest, the best attorney I've ever dealt with - and in the course of a career in real estate I've known quite a few. (My wife and I renovated and sold over 40 single family houses in Maine) I the course of a half hour initial consultation Mr. Reyes instantly understood several complex questions I posed about the use of entity structures for asset protection and the use of trusts to avoid probate (including a trust owning an LLC holding company which in turn owned two other LLCS, each of which owned a single 2-family house in a different state). Off the top of his head he then offered crystal-clear advice about the relative merits of several different approaches we might use, each one better than the last, including a way to provide asset protection far more simply than I had considered that was tailored to the specifics of Virginia law. In addition while we were discussing the use of a trust for asset protection Mr. Reyes suggested a novel way of doing it and then mentioned the use of a trust I had never heard of to address long term care concerns my wife and I had not even voiced, though we had been worrying about the subject and attempting to research options ourselves online. And all the time he was present emotionally as well as intellectually, responding warmly to how we were feeling about our situation as well as how we could best address it. Amazing! Bottom line: If you have any estate planning or elder law issues and want the best legal advice on the planet, I suggest you immediately contact the wonderful people at Alperin Law!

Since my initial Trust was generated, family conditions & situations have changed over the years. Alperin Law has accomodated me to advise and change my Trust to satisfy my situation.
