I was very nervous getting my first (and last) dui & wasn’t sure what to do or what it meant for myself as an individual. Mr. Pfeiffer & his whole entire crew were amazing. They made sure to be super attentive then whole time and hear what my concerns were and how to fix them if possible. I can truly say he made my experience way less scary and more informative. I felt like I had someone who genuinely cared for my well being defending me. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I had an auto accident due to a severe allergic reaction, and had a couple of drinks earlier in the day. Unfortunately for me, even though I blew well below the limit, the officer suggested I had some other type of illegal intoxicate in my system. This later proved to not be the case, and Mr. Pfeiffer and Claire were so helpful in their communication and game plan to get me the best results possible. The charge was reduced and I walked away with no more than a fine. After witnessing others in the court, it is clear that you need the best defense on your side and he lived up to it. We hired Mr. Pfeiffer for a first time DUI defense. The most stressful part of the process was waiting for video evidence to be released by the state which says a lot about how much we trusted him and his work! Mr. Pfeiffer and his assistant Claire were efficient, concise, responsive, and transparent during the process. He was patient and helpful when there was a language barrier and ensured there was a translator on court day. He was able to get some charges dropped and, most importantly, reduce the DUI to a reckless driving conviction which saves us from so many problems down the road. He was able to work out a deal to still allow driving to and from work which was essential. This was our best case scenario given the alternative included mandatory jail time. Mr. Pfeiffer’s expertise in DUI defense gave us a lot of peace during the process. We are very glad to have worked with him in this defense!
