I have used many lawyers in my life here locally in Virginia Beach and this is the only law firm I would advocate, specifically Eric Leckie. It can seem most lawyers are monetarily oriented but Eric actually cares about your case and helping you through your hardship. He goes the extra mile and is a rare find in today's world.

Mr. Dave Johnson is the best attorney in Virginia Beach. I would trust him and this law firm with anything I ever would need, and I would trust them with my life. Mr. Johnson was incredibly diligent and devoted to making sure that every penny I spent retaining him was more than worth it. I would recommend him to anybody and if I ever needed an attorney again, I wouldn't even think of hiring anybody else. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

I cannot express my gratitude and how thankful I am to Mr. Leckey and all of his staff, who were just as much part of my journey. Initially, when I reached out, Jean was very kind, understand, and made me feel at ease. Victoria, was prompt and able to give feedback very quickly, as these types of cases are very sensitive in nature. I was always greeted with respect and the process was smooth. Mr. Leckey won our case and as I result, and with documentation I was able to keep my position that was approved by Office of Secretary of Defense. That was an anxious time for me, but in the end, Mr. Leckey ensured that with the presenting facts, the Judge would rule in my favor, and he did. The expungement process was filed the day of a 'not guilty' verdict and I could not have done this without Invictus Law.

I hired Mr. Johnson for a traffic court matter and everything about the process was seamless. Very fast response times, immediate updates, and got off with a small fine. They definitely went to bat for me and I highly recommend especially if you are military. Awesome law firm!
