When my 16 year old son was involved in an auto mobile accident, Ms. Andrews and others from Toscano Law Group were exceptionally prompt, helpful, and professional. Ms. Andrews went to two hearings and the case was dismissed. We were beyond blessed to have Toscano Law Group to assistant us with this case.

We paid for nothing, cause that what we got. Toscano was always in court never available for us, always late, never did any real work. Was only interested in what the prosecutor wanted. Toscano fought hard to get our money, but never fought for the case. We were lied to and talked down as though we didn't know what we were speaking about. So many lies came from this firm it's shameful. In the end she lied about going to court and behind our backs she quit before doing what she said. This firm is untrustworthy and a money hungry monster just looking to scare clients out of their future just to continue to furnish her own. Apon reaching out to the firm for answers we have not had any luck, guess our money no good anymore huh? But they care, right 🙄

I had the privilege of being represented by Mrs. Diane Toscano during my bond hearing, and I cannot express enough how outstanding her performance was. From the outset, Diane was fully prepared with a strategy and a plan. She knew exactly what to do and how to execute it. Her approach was thorough and precise. She presented my case so effectively that when the judge asked the Commonwealth attorneys if they had anything else to say, they responded with a resounding "No." She managed to shut them down completely. Her ability to counter any objections with substantial arguments was impressive. Diane’s respect for the judge and her patience in presenting the case were notable. She took her time with her words, never rushing through the process. The way she battled two prosecuting attorneys simultaneously was incredible. She questioned why they needed two prosecutors against me, and I realized it was because of her high-profile status and the fact that they couldn’t shut her down. She is undoubtedly a fighter and a winner. Choosing her as my lawyer was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Diane has a significant presence, with connections both within the legal system and the broader community. She has successfully handled several high-profile cases, including beating murder charges, gun charges, and civil cases. Even before the hearing, her assistant reassured me not to worry because Diane is highly experienced. Her confidence in Diane’s abilities was well-founded. For instance, they wanted to place a GPS on my ankle, but Diane swiftly shut that down by arguing that I was not a flight risk. In summary, Diane Toscano is a super lawyer, unstoppable, and like a machine. She seemed almost eager for objections just so she could counter them with even stronger arguments. Her expertise, dedication, and fighting spirit make her an exceptional attorney, and I am immensely grateful for her representation!
