I hired Mr. Brook Thibault for my divorce. He was very informative and very direct what I was entitle to proceed with my divorce. I think what I was impressed was that he wasn't about getting everything from my husband, really encouraged me to be fair and do the right thing. Wished more lawyers are this way especially during a very important and emotional state I was in.

Excelente work, my wife Complaint an assault charge with false evidences against me, the charges were droped on first hearing, Mr. brook easily handled my court hearing, no stress totally trust worthy.

Horrible Experience. My case was rushed, unprepared, provided inadequate information, cheating me out of spousal support back payment; refused to make necessary correction by amending to the court. The main objective for hiring was not met after laying out my case for him. The services was not completely rendered for the astronomical money I paid him. Do not was your Money.

Was an assigned GAL for our custody case. Thank god my sons dad and I agreed to no longer involve court, and have been great since. After everything I’ve found out quite a handful of things about Brook Thibault when being a GAL. He was friends with my sons fathers Lawyer, he also did not do any proper research he said he would do, or that I asked him to. (I have plenty of evidence) Also he only spoke with one party (my sons fathers) and not the other party no matter how many times we tried. He doesn’t have the best interest for the child, he has the best interest in whom his friends are representing. I never wish upon anyone going through a custody battle to have him assigned as your GAL. And Brook, if you get to read this, I am still happily with the man I was with while attending court that you said and I quote “in a couple months when this relationship doesn’t work she’ll be on the streets with no stabile home for the child”. Oh and also for that quote, I own my home now. So thanks. Do your research the PROPER and LEGAL way before ever determining the best interest for a child.

I would like to share my story to save other mothers time and money. After paying a retainer fee when I was able to afford, I was not even then treated with respect. My fear of the respondent was taken lightly and also the safety of my son. I felt pressured to make a decision that wasn’t in the best interest of my son, upon changing my mind he then withdrew. He spoke to me once by phone and made no effort to get to know my case. For someone in law, I felt he was unethical, lacked empathy and had no care for my future wih the case. His Paralegal, Stacy was also rude the entire time. Please seek counsel elsewhere.

I hired Mr. Thibault's firm after being given the run around and being burned by another lawyer. His firm was professional, answered all of my questions, and took the time to talk to me every time that I called; no matter what questions that I had. They explained things in detail and were able to translate the hard to understand "Legal-eese" that is common in law into something that the average person could easily grasp. I was never overcharged, and they were always transparent with their pricing. I recommend this law firm to anyone that has a difficult case. Mr. Thibault himself took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me anytime that I needed. It was especially helpful to have a patient and understanding firm, seeing as I am not from Virginia, and they were able to walk me through the process and help me every step of the way.
