Worst lawyer ever. So glad I retained someone else. What should’ve been an easy case was a nightmare working him. I was given a million and twelve excuses why things weren’t moving along and magically I retain someone new and it’s being done within days. If you care about time, don’t use this lawyer. Waste of my time and money.

Never having gone through litigation, I didn’t know what to expect. Mr Thibault was patient and provided guidance on how to handle certain situations which at times was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Having my case go longer then expected, my wife and I became emotionally drained, Mr Thibault and his team helped us stay the course. They were extremely organized and always ahead of the opposing counsel. At the end of the day, results are what matters. Every item that we fought to have modified was changed. Without the guidance of this law firm this would not have been possible.

I have been a client of Brooks for many years now and he has been the best. Slow courts doesnt help and him being backed up on emails but he always finds time eventually and when he does it's nothing but the best service. Very open to saving you money and helping as much as he possibly can.
