Mr. Ashe handled my wife's disability claim. It was a difficult case, but Mr. Ashe was determined to get a successful judgment for my wife . He successfully appealed an initial denial and won her case on remand. He was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. He really cares about his clients and works hard on their behalf.

I HAVE FILED FOR DISABILITY IN OHIO AND MY ATTORNEY SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO CONTINUE WITH THE CASE I CALLED SS IN VIRGINIA WHERE I LIVE AND THEY SAID I HAVE 10 DAYS TO APPEAL THAT IS WHY I AM CONTACTING YOU. ONE ATTORNEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS DISABILITY INS. I HAVE HORRIBLE OSTEO ARTHRITIS I SCREAM EVERY DAY WHEN I WAKE UP THE SS OFFICE TOLD ME TO CALL YOUR OFFICE I REALLY NEED HELP I AM TAKING 11 PILLS FOR PAIN EVERY DAY AND I AM USUALLY SCREAMING IN PAIN EVERY MORNING I CAN NOT WORK SOMEONE HAS TO HELP ME PLEASE! THE SS OFFICE SAID TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME APPEAL THE CASE RIGHT AWAY

Even though David won two cases for me in the last 10 years, I expect no less of him. I'm less impressed that he won my cases than I am how fast and responsive he is every time I email him. I know how busy he is yet somehow he always makes time for me. His responses are not short and he ALWAYS answers my concerns in writing. He makes me feel like I have value...

David Ashe has been my attorney for a few years now. When I met him, I was struggling with getting the VA to recognize all my disabilities I had received in the service. They were ok with the black and white disabilities and I received 30%, but I could not manage to fight them on my own. David stepped in and my world changed. He now has me at 70% and working toward 100%. I am finally able to pay my bills and not have the stress of fighting this on my own. I haven't ever met an attorney that is so effective at getting things done. He is one of the most caring individuals that I have ever met. David doesn't ignore your requests and questions. He is very responsive and gets everything taken care of in a very short amount of time. The thing I love the most about David is that he is a lot like me, he never gives up. He has a new strategy every time we get turned down to continue getting us to that final step. David has already promised to help me with my Social Security Disability once we finish with the VA. He only seems to think about the disabled person's needs and not his own personal gain, like a lot of attorneys I've tried and worked with in the past. I urge Disabled Vets to give David a try. I believe they will not only acquire a better and more comfortable life with a lot less stress, but also develop a lasting friendship with a person who is truly there for them.
