I had an issue with a diminished value claim for my Jaguar XK. While Cooper and Hurley could not represent me in the case, one of their attorneys, Kevin Briggs, reached out to me personally to discuss the case. Kevin provided me some much needed advice on how best to proceed. If this is the type of excellent service you receive when they do not represent you, the I feel bad for the other guys when they do represent you. Kevin, Thank you very much for the assistance.
